One of the blog ideas we had was to share what separates Elektrica from other ATX Limo Services.  Instead of writing what we think separates us from everyone else, we thought it would be fun to share some of our customer experiences and stories.

Stephanie H said: Used a Tesla Model X for our wedding getaway and absolutely loved it! Our driver, Richard, was amazing! He showed up nice and early, showed off all the fun features, let us DJ our ride, and even made a pit stop at Whataburger for us and took pictures! He was such a pro and definitely made sure we had an incredible end to our wedding day. Thank you, Richard!!

Ilya A said: The driver arrived 15 minutes early and ensured the car was ready for us when we were. The car was a spotless white-on-white Model X. We spent 6 hours driving around the Austin and Driftwood area, visiting 6 wineries, tasting and buying a couple of cases of wine. The driver was very courteous and told us ahead of time how long it would take to get to each destination. We originally booked for 5 hours, but then extended it to 6 because the whole experience was so pleasant! I would highly recommend Elektrica and would order a limo from them the next time I am in Austin.

Gabriella M said: A week ago, my dad and I started out our trip to visit my grandmother right with a great ride to the airport.  My dad loves “luxury cars” (more so than the average person, I would say) and internally freaked a little when Jed pulled up, as I hadn’t told him our car service was Elektrica.  He had a million questions about the car and Jed answered them all patiently. Jed arrived early, the car was spotless, he was professional, and it was a really smooth ride all around.  I have used several car services in the past and I would not hesitate to count on Elektrica again in the future.

R. S. said: We had a round trip drop off and pick up. Our first driver was on time exactly and we rode in a nicer Tesla than I had requested for the same price which was nice. He looked up a song for us that we wanted and answered all of our questions. Excellent trip!  Our second driver was wonderful and the cars are super clean and the smoothest rides ever. Our flight was delayed in the air for 2 hours — the driver waited patiently at the baggage claim for us the entire time and still welcomed us home with a smile. He was very sweet and cracked jokes with us about the storms because my girlfriend was nervous about the lightning. (We actually saw it strike on the opposite side of the road, right after…) I thought the best part of the ride would be the Tesla, but it turned out to be the service.

Kelly H Said: Excellent car service! We booked a day ahead for a ride to the airport. Our driver arrived a few minutes before the pickup time, which is such a stress reliever when you’re pressed for time. He made sure we had water and checked to make sure we were comfortable along the way. Very professional and courteous. And of course….you’re in a Tesla! We will use them again!

And finally, Josh W said: I had the pleasure of working with Rich, who had set up, arranged, and taken care of my trip downtown this last weekend. I live in the Lake Travis area and wanted to do something special for my girlfriend that was visiting from out of town and man what an experience! Not only did he show up at my residence to pick us up on time, but there was also champagne as well as chocolates for us for our date that I had requested. We went downtown to Truluck’s and then we were picked back up and driven home later on at night. I had an awesome experience, the vehicle was immaculate and it was nothing less than 5-star treatment. I will FOR SURE be using this service again and would recommend it to anyone looking at doing something fun like this in the future!
